PALMVIEW, Texas-The City of Palmview’s annual Independence Day Celebration will be held on Wednesday, July 3, 2024, from 6:30-9:30 p.m. at Palmview City Hall (400 W. Veterans Blvd.) This free event will feature live music by Vinyl Spin, games, food vendors, a petting zoo, and a spectacular fireworks show.
Holiday celebrants are encouraged to bring their lawn chairs to enjoy the festivities as close as they want to the stage as we celebrate our nation’s birthday.
The free games will begin at 6:30 p.m. Vinyl Spin will take the stage at 7 and take us straight through to the fireworks show with patriotic music.
Before and during the celebration, Veterans Boulevard in front of City Hall will be closed to all traffic. Parking for the event will be available in the parking lots on Palmview Commercial Drive and on Commercial Plaza.
The best viewing location for the fireworks show will be from the west side of City Hall where the seating area will be located.
