Emergency Management Phases

The Palmview Emergency Management Plan follows four emergency management phases. These phases are designated by municipal officials in response to an emergency, and are updated as needed during an event. When an emergency is eliminated, the City remains a the Mitigation Phase.

    • Level 2: High Readiness

Situation Report from the Palmview Emergency Operations Center (EOC) will be provided during the event on a daily basis or more frequently as needed.
