Espie Ochoa is President of the Palmview Municipal Development District and has served on the PMDD Board since 2016, having served as Secretary/Treasurer and Vice President. Espie brings to the Board a long background in public education, having previously served on the La Joya ISD Board of Trustees, with 13 years of public elementary school experience and 13 years of higher education experience. She currently works as Educational Advisor with a higher education agency at the state level. As PMDD President, Ochoa enjoys working as a team with the Board on projects such as the Palmview Main Street Development and focusing on bringing other businesses to the City of Palmview. Her goals as President of the MDD include continue working as a team and in close collaboration with the Palmview City Council to bring sales tax, revenue, beautification and job opportunities. |
