PALMVIEW, Texas- The City of Palmview and the Palmview Municipal Development District will hold a short ceremony on Wednesday, April 12, 2023, to mark the official start of the Palmview Main Street Project.
The Main Street development will replace the old Greg’s Ballroom located on the frontage of Interstate 2. It includes seven commercial lots and a new road that will run north of the Interstate frontage connecting to West Veterans Boulevard.
The seven lots will be ready to build complete with drainage and utility infrastructure. One of the lots has already been claimed for an urgent care facility.
The groundbreaking ceremony will be held onsite at 4000 West Interstate 2 Frontage.
