Ricardo Villarreal, Director

Ricardo Villarreal is Mayor of the City of Palmview and has served on the Palmview Municipal Development District Board for two years. Villarreal has 30 years of experience in public education and currently serves as Assistant Principal at Memorial Middle School in La Joya Independent School District. As PMDD board member, Villarreal enjoys that the Board is actually making improvements in many aspects for Palmview and working to improve the quality of life for all residents. His goals include bringing a new city hall with parks and fields, growing the city’s commercial business community, and continue improving city infrastructure.
