Submit public records request
The City Secretary serves as the designated Public Information Coordinator on record for the City of Palmview ensuring compliance with the Texas Public Information Act. All requests for public information must be in writing and may be submitted through one of the methods designated by the City under the Act. It is recommended to submit your public information request through the City's GovQA Open Records Portal. Alternatively, a request may be submitted by mail, hand delivery, email, or fax via the mailing address, email address, or fax number for the City Secretary listed below. Regardless of how you submit your request, all requests will be processed through the GovQA portal. If you do not file your request through the GovQA portal, an account will be created for you and you will be sent log-in credentials to the email address you provide with your request for information. If you do not receive GovQA log-in credentials, please check your spam folder.
